Late Summer sunshine - early Autumn glow
Today we went to Loseley Park to see the garden. For once the weather was beautiful and the garden a real delight. There was also the added bonus of very few folks around, so we had the gardens almost to ourselves. Bliss. Here are some of my snaps.

Gorgeous. The top two photos made me think this was Italy or France.
Ah, the melancholy and beauty of the glow. I also took photos this evening of the lingering shadows and mellow sun. The teasels that you photographed, by the way, are some of my favorite flowers -- a bit prickly:-)
I've been meaning to comment on your repeat patterns (blog or two ago). I'm fascinated. Haven't much to say, but just really enjoy seeing how you are working them.
Marja-Leena, yes, it was so warm in the enclosed garden that it felt like the South of France.
June, the teasels are very much to my liking too.
Thanks for your comment on the repeats. I am enjoying thinking about the principles, and how to work them to make a stand-alone image which harks back to yardage, ... and yet doesn't. If you can follow that convolution!
I followed the "convolution" perfectly, Olga.
